Berengere Peter

Berengere Peter was appointed Group Head of People Experience in October 2020.

Berengere joined the Group from Korn Ferry where she had worked since their acquisition of HayGroup in 2016, latterly as the Partner for the business’ Technology Market advisory division.

Prior to that Berengere worked for HayGroup in Paris and in London, advising clients on reward, talent management, organisational design, and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.

Berengere started her career as a Financial Auditor at PwC in Paris and has a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Emlyon Business School.
