Claire Walters has extensive experience in quality assurance and management within customer-focused environments. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Quality at Admiral Group Plc since October 2022, Claire leads a team of up to 12 full-time equivalents (FTE) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Previously held the position of Quality Executive, focusing on high standards for complaint handling in alignment with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations. Claire's earlier roles include significant leadership experience at RWE npower, managing teams and performance in both management and complaints departments. Prior to this, Claire worked as a Receptionist/Administrator at Hallmark Housing and holds a BEd (Hons) in Education from the University of Derby.
