David Burgess

David Burgess has extensive experience in application security and testing, currently serving as a Senior Application Security Tester at Admiral Group Plc since November 2005, focusing on application layer testing in the Secure Software Development Lifecycle. David began at Admiral Group Plc in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative and transitioned through various roles, including Senior Test Analyst, before specializing in application security. Prior to this, David served as a Police Officer for South Wales Police from May 2000 to October 2005. David holds a B.A.(Hons) in European Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, completed between 1992 and 1995, and attended Treorchy Comprehensive from 1985 to 1992.
