David Edwards has extensive experience in operations management, having served at Admiral Group Plc since October 2005 in various leadership roles, including Lead Operation Manager for Canada and Senior Operation Manager for New Business. Prior positions at Admiral include Operation Manager for Renewals and Customer Service, as well as Team Manager and Assistant Manager for Customer Service. In early 2018, David completed the Prosci Change Management Certification. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geography from Swansea University (2001-2004) and a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate Program from Queen's University (2019). Additionally, David completed training at LivingWorks in 2021.
