Heather Wilkins

Heather Wilkins is a Trainee CSI Claims Handler at Admiral Group Plc, starting in April 2024, previously holding the role of ADL Claims Handler. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Franklin Fitch from November 2022 to April 2024. Heather's experience includes various positions at Levi Strauss & Co. from September 2019 to November 2022, including Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Keyholder. Additionally, Heather served as a Teaching Assistant at Teaching Personnel from November 2020 to April 2021, and held sales roles at The North Face and The Body Shop. Heather began a career in retail as a Sales Assistant at SPAR International in 2016. Educationally, Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Creative Writing from Cardiff Metropolitan University, completed between 2017 and 2020.
