Michelle Leavesley

Michelle Leavesley currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Admiral Group Plc since July 2023, focusing on sustainability initiatives. Leavesley's extensive experience includes roles as Vice President and Senior Independent Director at Warwickshire County Cricket Club, contributing to social engagement and governance reform. Previous positions at M&G plc involved leading organisational risk and resilience efforts, integrating sustainability into the risk department post-demerger from Prudential Plc. Leavesley founded Citydesk Sport, delivering social impact campaigns, and held a long-term role as a lecturer at Birmingham Business School, teaching marketing communications. Leavesley also contributed to the national marketing strategy in various capacities through CSP Network and worked with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity in marketing communications.
