Siân Davies

Siân Davies is an experienced professional in financial crime prevention and management, currently serving as the Head of Financial Crime Prevention and MLRO at Admiral Group Plc since September 2016. Previously, Siân held multiple senior roles at Principality Building Society from October 2004 to July 2016, including Head of Group Financial Crime Prevention, where responsibilities included developing a framework for managing financial crime and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Additional roles at Principality included Head of Group Business Protection and Head of Group Audit. Siân's career began at PwC as an Audit Executive, handling audit and advisory work for a diverse client portfolio. Siân holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from Cardiff University.
