Katie Wan

Katie Wan began their career in 2007 as an English Language Teacher for Nova. Katie then moved to EF Education First as a Centre Manager, followed by Kumon Educational UK as an Area Manager and HR Project Manager from 2008 to 2014. In 2016, they joined Agoda as a Talent Development Manager and Talent Management Specialist. In 2018, they were appointed SVP, Head of People at Amity. In 2022, they joined LandVault (formerly Admix) as VP, People, where they are responsible for driving meaningful work experiences for all their people.

Katie Wan has a diverse educational background. Katie obtained a Master's Degree in HR Management and Organisational Analysis from King's College London in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Durham University between 2004 and 2007. Katie also attended Arnold School from 1998 to 2004. In addition to their educational qualifications, they hold a Chartered MCIPD from CIPD, obtained in 2021, an Insights Discovery Accredited from Insights, obtained in 2018, an Award for best overall student (full time) MSC in HRM and Organisational Analysis 2016 from King's College London, and a Test User: Ability & Personality qualifications (level A and B) from Saville Consulting, a Willis Towers Watson Company.
