Christy Giardino

Christy Giardino, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christy began their career at Word of Life Free Methodist Church where they served as a Worship Leader and Board Member for over a decade. Christy then joined Classic World Travel as an Administrative Assistant and later became the Vice President of Operations. In 2012, they started working at ADMO, Inc. as a Human Resources Administrator, and eventually took on the roles of Director of Human Resources and Information Systems, and currently serves as the Director of Admin and Information Systems. Additionally, in 1997, they became an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics. In 2016, they co-founded CNG Designs, Inc., focusing on artisan and maker work. Christy's extensive experience showcases their versatility and expertise in various areas such as HR, operations, and worship leadership.

Christy Giardino, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Shorter University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Christy also studied Music Education and Religion at Berry College from 1997 to 2001. Their early education includes attending Landmark Christian School from 1991 to 1997. In addition to their degrees, Christy has several professional certifications, including being a Certified SYMBIS Facilitator, R.E.A.L. Change Master Leadership Coach, Certified Behavioral Consultant, and a R.E.A.L. Change Impact Coach. Christy also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional credential, which they obtained in May 2018. Christy has completed the InteGREAT Leadership Academy, specifically the Chess Not Checkers program, and has also received training from the Real Change Global Corporation, earning certifications as a REAL Change Transformation Coach.
