Shahid Bashir

Shahid Bashir has worked in a number of roles since 1999. Shahid began their career as an Import and Export Manager at Choudhry Enterprises. In 2009, they moved to SequelMed as an EPM/EDI Support Lead and EPM/EDI SQA Engineer, where they were responsible for requirements gathering and analysis, creating/executing software test plans and bug reporting, release planning and management, data validation and regression testing techniques, client communication and interaction, data analysis and report building, and analyzing HIPPA EDI X12 and HL7 transactions. In 2012, they joined Protege Global as an EDI Consultant and Project Manager EDI. In this role, they worked as a Technical Business Analyst to provide solutions for HIPAA 5010 EDI transactions, identified and analyzed user requirements, and helped build front end edits for different insurances. In 2014, they moved to Adnare Pvt Ltd as Managing Partner & COO and PMS/EDI Business Analyst. In this role, they worked with a team to build the ClearpathMD as per healthcare industry standards, and was responsible for providing solutions for different Practice Management modules, such as Patient Demographics, Patient Insurance, Claim Creation, Claim Submission, Denial Management, A/R Management, Claim Templates, Appointment Scheduling, Router Template, USPS address verify integration, CMS1500 Form, and BI Reporting. Finally, in 2015, they joined The Optime Group as a Senior Data Analyst.

Shahid Bashir began their educational journey at FPHS where they completed their studies in 1994. Shahid then attended Government College University, Faisalabad, where they pursued Pre-Engineering from 1994-1996. Finally, Shahid Bashir graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of the Punjab in 1999.
