Previously, Dr. Panda held leadership positions at Marsh & McLennan Companies and Sukoon Insurance, focusing on operations, technology, and claims management. Notable achievements include leading a significant productivity boost at UnitedHealthcare India Pvt. Ltd. and implementing strategic diversification plans at Raksha TPA Private Ltd.
