Ghadeer al Hosani

Ghadeer Al Hosani is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and strategic development, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at ADNOC Group - ADNOC L&S since November 2011. Ghadeer has held various leadership roles, including Team Leader for Emiratisation and Recruitment & Manpower Contract Team Leader. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Strategic & Performance Development Officer at the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners Affairs from October 2009 to October 2011, and as a Senior Communication Officer at the Family Development Foundation from June 2003 to September 2009. Ghadeer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Abu Dhabi University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from United Arab Emirates University, along with CIPD qualifications obtained between 2019 and 2020.
