Henry Khella

Henry Khella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Performance Improvement Team Leader at ADNOC Group since September 2014. In this role, Henry leads efforts in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implements Best Practices to enhance Well Operations performance. Previously, Henry held various positions at Halliburton, including UAE Business Segment Manager and Business Development Account Manager, where responsibilities included operations leadership and customer relationship management. Experience also encompasses roles in operations management, customer relations, and sales and marketing across several companies, with a foundational education in Geology from Ain Shams University.
