Michael Mitchell serves as the Program Director for the SAP Transformation program at ADNOC Group since April 2024. Previously, Michael held the position of Regional Director for the Middle East at Argon & Co from September 2019 to August 2023. Michael's extensive experience at IBM included roles as Client Executive, Delivery Executive, and SAP S/4HANA Delivery Leader for the Middle East and Africa. Prior to IBM, Michael was the Program Director at International Golden Group (IGG) PJSC, overseeing a multi-year SAP Industry Solution implementation in the defense sector valued at over $110 million. Additional experience includes roles at SAP, where Michael led initiatives in Defence and Public Security, and serving as the Managing Director and founder of Clyde Coast Consulting. Michael has also contributed to education as a part-time tutor in Supply Chain Management at the University of Strathclyde. Michael holds an MBA in Change Management and a Master's in Supply Chain Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
