Richard Wood

Richard Wood is an accomplished professional in project management with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as the Group Head of Discipline - Projects Management and Vice President of Group Project Management at ADNOC Group since August 2019, Richard previously held significant roles at ENOC as Executive Director of Projects and Engineering from September 2012 to June 2019, and at Shell from September 1992 to June 2012, where positions included Director of Projects for the Middle East & North Africa and Senior Project Manager for Malaysia LNG. Earlier experience includes an instrumentation and process control engineer role at ConocoPhillips. Richard's education comprises an MBA in International Management from Charles Sturt University and completion of the Shell Global Business Leadership Programme at INSEAD, along with training at the Shell Group Project Academy.
