Ajay Rathore possesses a diverse background with experience in marketing, public relations, software engineering, and data engineering. Notable roles include Vice President Marketing and Vice President Organisation Development at AIESEC Romania, where Ajay managed marketing teams and ensured growth across multiple offices. Subsequent positions included Assistant Public Relations and Communication at Customer Focus Romania, Lead Digital Strategy at Badsi, and Data Engineer at Bitdefender, where Ajay developed scalable data systems and enhanced data accessibility.
