Amanda Lopez

Amanda Lopez is an experienced professional specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within organizational contexts. Currently serving as a Senior DEI Business Advisor at Adobe since August 2018, Amanda has held various roles including Senior Manager of DEI Business Partnering and Global Head of Diversity Talent Acquisition. Prior to Adobe, Amanda accumulated valuable experience at Aerotek as an Account Manager in Software Engineering and as a Technical Recruiter. Amanda's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of California, Santa Cruz, a Master's in Education focusing on Social Justice and Equity from San Francisco State University, and certifications from Yale and MIT Sloan School of Management. Amanda is currently pursuing a Masters of Legal Studies at Cornell Law School.
