Amy Kaplan

Amy Kaplan, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, has an extensive background in human resources and employee experience technology. They served as a Sr HR Generalist and Sr HRIS Analyst at Cadence Design Systems from 2011 to 2016, followed by a role as a Sr Human Resource Specialist at NUMMI from 2003 to 2010, and as an HRIS Consultant at NetApp in 2010-2011. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Employee Experience Technology Partner at Adobe, before advancing to their current position as a Solutions Architect - Recruiting at Adobe. Amy is also continuing their education at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
