Angie Rayas currently holds the position of Chief of Staff for Strategy & Operations at Adobe, a role started in October 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Propeller, where responsibilities involved leading client engagements for major companies, including strategy development and system implementations. Angie also worked as a Senior Managing Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on strategic organizational objectives, and as Senior Manager of Performance Improvement at Stanford Medicine Children's Health, achieving significant cost and efficiency goals. Additionally, Angie founded Lean Capability, a consulting firm in Australia, and held leadership roles in transformation and performance improvement at the City of Melbourne and Better Care Victoria. Angie holds MBA degrees from Ducere Global Business School and the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
