Ann Zhao

Ann Zhao currently serves as the Director of Employee Experience (HR) Strategy & Operations at Adobe since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Nike as Chief of Staff and Director of HR Strategy and Operations, where Ann shaped and drove the HR and People strategy at Converse. Earlier positions include Director of Strategy at Converse, Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company, Manager on the Program and Cities Team at New Leaders, and Corps Member at Teach for America, where Ann taught high school science in the San Francisco Unified School District. Ann Zhao holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Molecular Biology from Pomona College.
