Bailey Szeto

Bailey Szeto serves as the Chief Information Officer at Certinia since July 2022, focusing on developing systems and data strategies to enhance operational excellence and scale, including the creation of a new offshore data team. Bailey has also been a member of the Board of Advisors at Simpplr since June 2022. Prior experience at Cisco spanned over 26 years, culminating as Vice President of Hybrid Work Information Technology, where leadership during the global COVID response enabled over 170,000 employees and partners to work remotely. Other notable roles at Cisco included Vice President of Information Technology for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, along with Senior Director positions in Collaboration and Software Billing, leading large teams and overseeing significant IT budgets. Earlier career experience includes a contract role as a Test Tools Developer at Apple. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Decision Information Systems from Santa Clara University.
