Calvin Ip is an experienced technical support engineer with a strong background in customer service and technical problem resolution. Beginning as a crew member at Hawaiian Poke, Calvin developed skills in customer engagement and issue resolution. Transitioning to siliconvalley4u as a coding instructor, Calvin designed interactive programming curricula for youth. Subsequent roles at SAP and Adobe involved providing technical support for complex product issues and enhancing customer experiences. Calvin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University and has additional international experience in computer science and Korean language studies from the University of Seoul.
