Catherine Lin

Catherine Lin is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Director of Talent Management at Adobe since May 2022. Previously, Catherine held multiple roles at Lyft from October 2018 to May 2022, including Senior Manager and Manager of People Business Partner, where leadership of HR Business Partner teams supported various central functions and managed teams of up to ten members. Prior HR experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Twitter, where oversight encompassed engineering, product, and design teams across multiple global locations, and a Resource Manager role at EY, managing talent in a large, geographically-distributed workforce. Additional roles include HR Business Partner at Cymer and M&A Analyst at Bainbridge Capital. Catherine holds a B.A. in Economics from UC San Diego.
