Chaitanya is an accomplished Data Scientist currently working at Adobe since June 2025, following a significant tenure as Chief Data Scientist at ICICIdirect from May 2021 to June 2025. At ICICIdirect, Chaitanya led a team in employing clustering algorithms to enhance customer segmentation, achieving remarkable conversion rate improvements for mutual fund and fixed income products. In a previous role as Senior Data Scientist, Chaitanya utilized graph algorithms to optimize customer analysis, resulting in drastic runtime reductions and cost savings. Additionally, as a Research Intern at IGIDR, Chaitanya contributed to research on the impact of fiscal stimulus during the COVID-19 pandemic using panel data analysis. Chaitanya holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research and a Bachelor’s degree (Hons.) in Economics from Daulatram College.
