Challin Baro (Meink) serves as the Global Alliance Marketing Lead at Adobe since January 2025. As a Co-Founder and Co-Host of the podcast Overworked, Challin Baro focuses on celebrating balance and women's successes in the workplace. Additionally, Challin Baro holds an advisory role on the board of Embolden & Co., a Chicago-based organization aimed at fostering female friendships. In the realm of public relations, Challin Baro is the Co-Chair for Women Tech Founders. Previously, Challin Baro was Vice President of Marketing at Hero Digital and Senior Director of Marketing at Avionos, where responsibilities included leading brand growth and marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes roles at Good&Co Labs Inc., TechNexus Venture Collaborative, Edelman, and LEWIS PR, showcasing a robust background in marketing and communications. Challin Baro earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago and studied at East China Normal University.
