Chris von Eitzen

Chris von Eitzen is currently the Head of Strategic Programs in the Customer Strategy & Success organization at Adobe for EMEA. Previously, they served in various roles at Adobe, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Team Lead, managing strategic accounts and teams. Before joining Adobe, Chris worked as a Consultant and Project Manager, and held editorial positions at Heise Medien, where they created content and engaged with community forums. Chris earned their Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler and has a diverse background in customer success, project management, and content creation.
