With a Master's in Strategic Foresight & Innovation from OCAD University, Coco co-authored books such as “Contentious Cities” and “Design for Global Challenges.” Previously, Coco held significant roles at organizations including RBC, Meta, and Zensurance, and was nominated for the DMZ Women of the Year 2023 Award. Passionate about integrating AI with UX research, Coco focuses on creating human-centered solutions across fintech, mobility, and travel-tech.
