Darshana Shah is the founder of Algora, where they are redefining education and careers in the AI age. Currently, Darshana serves as a Senior Data Analyst at Adobe, where they develop a proprietary GenAI chatbot and lead high-impact data initiatives. They have previously held roles as an Artificial Intelligence Subject Matter Expert at the Institute of Applied Technology and as a lecturer at Kaplan Business School and TAFE NSW. With a research focus on federated learning and AI ethics, Darshana presented an award-winning paper at Oxford University, proposing a novel encryption algorithm for WhatsApp. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering at R.
