Dave Sawyer

Dave Sawyer is an application developer and technical lead with extensive experience in launching 1.0 products and working with mature and legacy code. They began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Stanford University, where they graded programs and led sections. Following this, they developed high-availability client/server applications at Bachman Information Systems, and later contributed to telecom and internet tech support tools at Aveo Inc., achieving over 10 million installs. Their tenure at Adobe Systems involved significant work on Acrobat and Reader, which have become some of the most widely used software products globally. Currently, they continue their work at Adobe, focusing on enhancing Photoshop while leveraging shared libraries from their past experience.
