Dena Sween, MPC, is currently a Senior Manager of Executive Sales Strategy at Adobe, where they lead with a people-focused and solution-driven approach. Previously, Dena served as a Learning and Development Manager at Global Medical Staffing, where they played a key role in improving employee retention and training effectiveness. Their experience also includes roles as a Corporate Training and Implementation Manager, where they directed onboarding and project management initiatives, and as a Business Optimization Manager, enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.
