Diane Hendricks

Diane Hendricks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and program management within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Agile Delivery and Operational Excellence at Adobe since September 2014, Diane manages Business Operations and leads a team of Product Owners focused on delivering large technology solutions. Previously, at Symantec, Diane held various senior leadership roles including Sr. Director of Business Operations and Portfolio Management, and Sr. Director of Program Management and Business Readiness, where responsibilities included managing operational mechanisms and ensuring business health. Diane began their career at VERITAS, progressing from Sr. Manager to Director of Global Infrastructure, after which Diane contributed to customer education and product announcements. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Chico, and an Associate of Arts degree from Foothill College.
