Duncan Egan

VP, Marketing, APAC at Adobe Systems

Duncan Egan is the Vice President of Marketing for Adobe Systems in the Asia Pacific region. Duncan has over 20 years of experience in marketing, and has held senior positions at some of the world's leading technology companies.

Egan began their career in 1999 as a corporate marketing programs manager at FaceTime Communications. Duncan then moved to Borland Software, where they eventually became the senior director of global marketing. In this role, they oversaw a team of 18 people and was responsible for all aspects of Borland's marketing activities, including brand standards, global programs, product launches, and advertising.

In 2005, Egan left Borland to join TIBCO Software as director of marketing. Duncan was then recruited by Taleo in 2008 to serve as vice president of marketing. During their four years at Taleo, Egan was instrumental in growing the company's customer base and increasing its market share. Taleo was acquired by Oracle in 2012, and Egan continued to work for Oracle as the vice president of marketing for the Asia Pacific and Japan region.

Egan joined ServiceNow in 2013 and served as the vice president of marketing for the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Duncan helped ServiceNow become a leading provider of cloud-based services that automate enterprise IT operations. In 2020, Egan left ServiceNow to join Adobe Systems as the VP of Marketing for APAC.

Duncan Egan has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from San Jose State University.

Duncan Egan reports to Simon Tate, President, Asia Pacific. They are on a team with Amanda J. Barnard - Head, Talent Development APAC, Jayakrishnan Sasidharan - VP, Adobe Customer Solutions, JAPAC.
