Easter Kim

Easter (Arntz) Kim is currently the Director of Strategy & Operations for Employee Experience at Adobe, where they focus on enhancing employee engagement. Previously, they held several leadership roles at Uber, including Head of People Strategy and Planning and Sr. Manager of Business People Operations. Easter also contributed to organizations such as Minted and Teach For America in key strategic positions. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, both of which they are currently pursuing.
