Emily Posner

Emily Posner is a design operations specialist at Adobe, where they apply their human-centered design strategy and program management expertise to enhance design team effectiveness. Previously, they served as a senior design program manager and design manager within Adobe, leading teams to improve user navigation and learning experiences. Emily’s career began as a graphic designer at The Louis Berger Group, and they later held positions at Opower, Color Genomics, and Atlassian, where they focused on design leadership and collaboration. They also contribute to the community as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at SCRAP Creative Reuse. Emily holds a BFA in Art and Visual Technology from George Mason University and a certificate in Environmental Studies from the National Outdoor Leadership School.
