Enrique Serrano

Enrique Serrano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and customer service management. Currently serving as the Sr. eCommerce Renewals Manager for Adobe since April 2018, Enrique is tasked with the retention and renewal of various licenses for merchants in the Americas while collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers. Prior to this role, Enrique held several positions at Sonic Electronix, Inc. from November 2014 to April 2018, including Service Manager and Sales & Service Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed designing procedures, maintaining performance metrics, and coaching team members. In earlier roles, Enrique worked as a Computer Lab Technician at California State University, Northridge, focusing on lab maintenance and traffic coordination, and as a Sales Associate at Fry's Electronics. Enrique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from California State University, Northridge, completed in 2014, and graduated with a High School Diploma from Animo Venice Charter High School in 2010.
