Han Chang

Han Chang is a legal professional with extensive experience in technology transactions and data privacy. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Adobe since August 2025, Han has previously held positions at Perkins Coie as a Technology Transactions & Privacy Associate, as well as in secondment roles at Google focusing on product counseling and privacy support. Prior experience includes a Strategic Technology Transactions and Licensing Associate position at Goodwin and an internship at Kleiner Perkins. Academically, Han earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
