Hannah Ferrand is the Head of Digital Trading for Creative Cloud products in the EMEA region at Adobe. Previously, Hannah worked at BT in various roles, including Senior Propositions Manager for TV and Sport and Change Deployment Lead, where they significantly improved customer experience and engagement. Their early career included positions in customer service and business development, culminating in a strong foundation in strategic planning and leadership. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with French from the University of Nottingham and a degree in International Economics from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
