Ioana Manta is a results-driven procurement professional with over 10 years of experience specializing in contingent workforce management. They began their career as a Data Processing and Validation Operator at Bitech International before progressing to roles at GENPACT, where they served as a Process Trainer and later as a Senior Tactical Buyer.
