Jayakumar Subramanian

Jayakumar Subramanian is a Senior Research Scientist at Adobe since November 2019, with prior experience as a Research Intern at Microsoft, where data extraction from electronic health records and offline reinforcement learning framework development were conducted. As Managing Partner at Recursive Dynamics LLP from March 2013 to September 2015, Jayakumar designed a novel ontology modeling system, earning a filed patent, and implemented recommender systems for demand estimation and sales automation across multiple markets. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President at Alpen Capital India and Senior Manager in Investment Banking at Standard Chartered - STCI Capital Markets. Jayakumar holds a PhD in Reinforcement Learning from McGill University and a dual degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
