Jeff Pratt

Jeff Pratt is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Adobe, where they focus on helping Enterprise leaders streamline their work processes. Previously, they worked at Workfront, an Adobe company, in various roles, including Digital Sales Rep and Account Manager, contributing to work management improvements for clients. Early in their career, Jeff gained experience in claims management at Farmers Insurance, handling biohazard claims and ensuring client satisfaction. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Utah and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Salt Lake Community College. Outside of work, they enjoy various adventurous activities and have a passion for cars.
