Jess Moon is an experienced professional in product management and design, currently working at Adobe since April 2019, focusing on creative and cloud solutions. Jess holds a strong background in experience design, having previously served as Director of Design and managed various design teams and tools at multiple firms. Moon's expertise extends to public speaking on user-centered design, design leadership, and organizational change, while also having held significant roles such as Sr. Design Manager at ServiceNow and Director of Experience Design at Telepathy Design. With a solid educational foundation in Sociology from UC Irvine and a certification in Graphic and Web Design from UC San Diego, Jess has demonstrated a commitment to advancing design practices across a range of industries.
