Jordan Ross

Jordan Ross is a Senior UX Researcher at Adobe who has been instrumental in advancing user experience through strategic insights and mixed methods research since 2022. Previously, they worked as a Researcher & Strategist at Earnin and as a UX Researcher at C Space from 2018 to 2021. Jordan began their research career as a Mixed Methods Researcher at Insight Strategy Group from 2016 to 2018. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Chinese Honors from Vassar College, complemented by studies in Sociology and Anthropology at the School for International Training and Chinese Studies at Qingdao University. Jordan completed their high school education at Choate Rosemary Hall in 2012.
