Joy LaBlanc, PMP, is a Senior Program Manager with over 15 years of experience in driving governance, vendor performance, and operational excellence. They served as a Senior Project Manager at American Express from 2005 to 2017 and co-founded Ignite Finance, where they held roles as COO and Senior Project Manager until 2019. Currently, Joy works as a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Adobe and has also served as the Global Engagement Lead at Potential Project from 2017 to 2023.
