Kasturi Roy

Kasturi Roy is a seasoned program manager with 20 years of experience in program management, product management, and organizational transformation. They currently serve as a Senior Program Manager at Adobe, where they lead initiatives such as the Studio Monetization project, driving strategy and execution across multiple teams. Previously, Kasturi held senior roles at Nagarro and Key Management Group, Inc., as well as technical positions at IBM. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur and a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
