Kat Robertson

Kat Robertson, PHR, CMT, serves as an Employee Relations Consultant at Adobe since November 2021, having previously held roles including ERC Sr. Human Resources Generalist and ERC Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes a position as a Human Resources Generalist at Stanford Health Care from September 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities involved advising staff on various HR functional areas and participating in the implementation of a Human Capital Management Project. Prior to Stanford Health Care, Kat worked as a Human Resources Representative at ATR International, managing onboarding processes and workplace safety programs, and served as a Marketing Specialist at MYT Group, LLC., assisting in client relationship development for emotional intelligence training. Kat holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from Palo Alto University.
