Kate Judson

Kate Judson serves as the Director of Global Onboarding at Adobe, leading a team that facilitates onboarding for thousands of new joiners across 40+ countries. With a robust career spanning various strategic roles, Kate previously built Adobe's Future of Work strategy and co-founded the award-winning Adobe Life mobile app. Additional experience includes advisory roles at PROWL Studio, participation in the Aspen Institute First Movers Fellowship Program, and volunteering with Women in Innovation. Earlier positions involve extensive strategic consultancy work at SYPartners and DEGW, along with marketing leadership at William Rawn Associates. Kate holds a BA in Psychology from Yale University and has pursued further education in Industrial Design.
