LaRena Archer

LaRena Archer is the Manager of the Sales Enablement Design and Development Team at Adobe, where they currently lead a team to create training programs aligned with sales objectives. With extensive experience in developing and implementing training initiatives, LaRena previously worked as an Area Development Consultant at IKON - Ricoh and Ricoh Americas Corporation. They also held positions as a Senior Curriculum Design Lead at Adobe and as an Outside Sales Executive at Imagistics International Inc. LaRena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems, Management, and Decision Science from Washington State University, where they are still pursuing their degree.
