Malte Bernholz

Malte Bernholz serves as the VP and Head of Corporate Strategy & Incubator at Adobe since January 2016, where the Corporate Strategy team collaborates with top executives to drive strategic growth and pivotal initiatives like the transition to cloud services and the development of Firefly Generative AI models. Prior experience includes serving as a SaaS Advisory Board Member at Commvault and VP of Corporate Consulting at Dell Technologies, where significant contributions were made as Chief of Staff to the CEO of EMC Information Infrastructure. Bernholz also co-founded Mt. Auburn Partners, a private equity firm, and held various consulting positions at McKinsey & Company and Accenture, alongside early roles in supply chain planning at HP and programming at the Japan Atomic Energy Agency. Educational credentials feature a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Grenoble INP - UGA and a Graduate Certificate in Management of Technology from the University of California, Berkeley.
