Mariah Driver

Mariah Driver is a Principal Product Manager on Adobe's Product Equity team, focusing on embedding equitable design practices and accessibility in product development. Previously, they served as Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Webflow, where they developed the company’s first diversity and inclusion strategy. With over five years in DEI leadership roles, Mariah is passionate about redesigning systems to foster equity, drawing from their personal experiences as a Black, disabled individual. They also held various roles in communications, research, and content creation earlier in their career, including positions at Global Gateway Advisors and Webflow. Mariah holds a degree from Georgetown University.
