Martine Caillaud is a seasoned compliance leader and attorney with extensive international experience in regulatory compliance, ethics, and integrity. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Investigations at Adobe, Martine leads global confidential internal investigations and has previously held significant positions at Oxy, National Oilwell Varco, and McDermott International Inc., focusing on anti-corruption, trade compliance, and internal investigations. With a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School and a background in international development at USAID, Martine brings a wealth of knowledge to managing compliance risks across various sectors, particularly in emerging markets. Fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in French, Martine also serves as an advisory counsel on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
